Dietitian Licensing Readiness Review
$149 one-time
Before you spend anything: every state your clients are in, sorted into a license, a certification, a telehealth registration, title protection only, or nothing required, with what each application needs. Credited in full when you buy your first application package.
Provisional Permit for New Graduates
$349 per state
Some states let new graduates work under supervision while they wait to take or pass the registration exam. We prepare the permit and plan the move to your full license.
State Licenses
License by Endorsement (RDN)
$599 per state
For registered dietitians licensed or certified in another state. Most states accept a current registration in place of their own exam. We prepare every supporting document, the verifications and a question-by-question guide, and track it; you complete, sign and submit the application.
Full State License Application
$749 per state
For a first license and for states with extra steps, such as Florida's fingerprints, Georgia's notarized forms or New York's references. We screen your file before you pay a non-refundable fee, then prepare everything for you to sign and submit.
Telehealth Registration
$299 per state
Some states, including Florida, Delaware and Vermont, offer an out-of-state telehealth registration instead of a full license. Where it fits your practice, it costs less and moves faster. We check the rule and prepare it.
Telehealth Packages
Multi-State Telehealth Package, 3 States
$1,499
Three state licenses or registrations for one dietitian, prepared in parallel, with one renewal calendar. Built for telehealth dietitians and the companies that hire them.
Multi-State Telehealth Package, 5 States
$2,299
Five states for one dietitian, prepared in parallel. The most common footprint for full-time telehealth nutrition work.
Jurisprudence & State Requirement Support
$249 per state
Some states add their own steps, such as Texas's jurisprudence exam or required courses at renewal. We find what applies and get you ready; you take the exam or course.
Renewals
Annual Renewal & CE Compliance
$299 per license, per year
Every license renews on its own date with its own CE rules, and your CDR registration runs on its own cycle. We keep one calendar for all of them, track CE against each state's rules and prepare each renewal ahead of the deadline.
Document & Logistics Support
Fingerprint Coordination
$75–$150 per state
Scheduling and routing of fingerprint-based background checks, including out-of-state hard-card processing for states such as Florida.
Notarization & Identity Verification
$75 flat
Coordination of notarized forms and identity verification where a board requires them in wet-ink or remote-online form.
Courier & Rush Document Handling
$50–$150
Tracked courier handling for sealed transcripts, notarized forms, and anything a board insists on receiving on paper.
Important Fee Notice
(Prices above do not include the following)
The prices listed above are our service fees only. Costs paid directly to third parties are set by the boards, CDR and fingerprint vendors and change from time to time, so we confirm them at intake:
- State license and application fees: vary by board, are non-refundable, and are charged again at each renewal.
- CDR fees: registration exam and maintenance fees, paid to CDR.
- Jurisprudence exam fees: where a state charges separately for its own law exam.
- Official transcripts: charged by your graduate program; most boards require them sent directly.
- Fingerprinting: state vendor fees, and more for out-of-state hard-card processing.
